Bringing an Original Eatonville Homestead back to life

Some buyers are looking for a house. Mine was looking for a headquarters.

She came to me with a goat operation, a homemade goat milk soap business, and a plan. She needed real acreage, real outbuildings, and a property that could work as hard as she does. What we found was better than the wish list: one of the earliest homesteads in Eatonville, 37 completely fenced acres with the kind of infrastructure you can't build today for any reasonable amount of money.

Her family is excited to bring this homestead back to its glory, and I can't think of better hands for it. This is the kind of sale that reminds me why I do rural real estate.
