Over the years, I’ve been involved in hundreds of transactions throughout Western Washington, personally selling over 300 properties and working closely with buyers and sellers across Pierce, Lewis, and Thurston County.
Most of my work has centered around rural homes, land, and properties that require a little more evaluation and strategy than a typical in-town sale. I’ve worked with everything from straightforward acreage purchases to more complex situations involving feasibility, land use questions, and properties that needed a clearer path forward.
That range of experience has given me a good sense of what tends to work, what doesn’t, and where things can go sideways if you’re not paying attention early.
I’ve also served as a managing broker and built a brokerage focused specifically on rural homes and land (something that’s still pretty rare in this space). In recent years I was also featured on HGTV’s Mountain Life as a local expert, which was a fun way to highlight what makes this market so unique.
